A flash of red appeared in the window of Hanover house’s common room. Danny looked up from his book to find nothing. He shrugged it off and turned back to the article he was just reading. A moment later, he heard a giggle. The swimmer blinked and put down the book, confused. He walked to the front door of Hanover to find his girlfriend, soaked to the bone and shivering. Despite all that, there was still a huge smile on her face.
"Hi!" Weasley greeted him, her teeth chattering. "Come on! Before it’s over!" The ginger grabbed Danny’s hand and dragged him out into the rain. She ran across the front lawn until they stood under a tree, sheltered momentarily from the clear as crystal droplets falling from the grey sky, laughing the whole way.
"Why are we out here?" Danny asked, chuckling and pulling her close. He didn’t have time to utter another word when Weasley leaned up and captured his lips with her own, kissing him gently. Danny’s eyes fluttered closed as his girlfriend locked her hands behind his neck. After a few minutes, she pulled away, smiling up at him.
"That’s why we’re out here!"
